ORDERING FAQ

Can I place my order by phone?

Currently we are only accepting orders via the web.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept orders worldwide and ship with the USPS.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the same day depending on the time of day ordered. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing as we are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

What shipping provider will deliver my package?

Currently we ship with USPS. If your package has been attempted for delivery but was unsuccessful, a notice will be left by the USPS for you to reschedule shipment or to pick up your item from your local post office. If you fail to claim your package and t is returned to us, we will not take any action until further notice form you. Once we receive your notice, we will immediately reship your item using the same shipping services as initially requested. Your credit card will be billed the appropriate amount and you will receive a new tracking number via email.

Can I pay by check or money order?

At this time we are solely a web-based business and accept credit cards only.

Will I receive a tracking number so I can check on my order?

Yes, you will receive an email containing your tracking number once your item has shipped.

What does it mean, “novel item”?

All products on our site are for entertainment purposes only.

How do I purchase products on this page?

Once you find a product you would like to purchase, add it to your cart. You will then be prompted to add a personalization name. When you are ready to check out you will enter your name and address, shipping preference, and payment information. After carefully reviewing your order, submit the order.

What is the difference between downloadable and shipped products?

Downloadable products will be emailed to you so that you print PDF file at your convenience.

Shipped products will be mailed out via USPS.

How are the packages sent?

All shipped products are mailed using the USPS.

Downloadable products will be e-mailed to you.

What are your return policies for shipped products ONLY?

All items must be returned in NEW condition and in the original packaging, including all documents and picture frames. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and only RESTOCKING FEES will apply. We are not obligated to honor and refund your return f you cannot prove it was returned or if the package is damaged upon return. Included with your return must be the original invoice/receipt (or copy of invoice/receipt) as proof of purchase.

If the product frame arrives to you damaged from shipping, ship ONLY the damaged item back to us carefully packed, preferably in the original carton and send it prepaid with Signature Confirmation to the address below.

Include a letter detailing the complaint along with a copy of your original invoice, daytime phone number, and all relevant contact information placed inside the shipping carton.

How do I personalize an item?

You personalize the gift on the product page before adding the product to the cart. 

Is it mandatory to enter a name on the gift?

Yes. It is mandatory to personalize each item purchased.

I misspelled the name to be printed on the gift.

Due to the quick fulfillment of your order on our end, once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Please double check spelling and capitalization of the name you would like added on the item before completing the checkout process.

Can I change the name on a gift?

Names CANNOT be changed once the order has gone through. Please follow the directions carefully when entering personalization information.

DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS FAQ 

When will I receive my package?

You will typically receive an email instantly with links for your digital download. However, some e-mail providers may take up to 5 hours.

How do I download and print my gift after receiving the email?

*Note: Steps may vary depending on the operating system and personal file downloading applications per each computer.

PC USERS:

  1. Depending on your e-mail client you may need to take an additional step to download images within the email or unblock some of the email content.
  2. To download your gift:
    a. Click the link under the picture of all contents, “Please click here to download (PDF).”
    b. Once clicked there will be a box to either open or save your file. We suggest saving the files to your computer. TO SAVE: Select the box SAVE and click OK, then save to your computer.
    c. Print your documents. TO PRINT: Select the box OPEN and click OK, once this opens in a PDF click FILE, then print.
    d. Follow the same steps for each item in the e-mail.

MAC USERS:

  1. Click on the link to download under each picture (downloads may take a moment, please be patient).
  2. The download should automatically open. If not, select the file from downloads and double click to open.
  3. Print your documents by selecting FILE at the top of the menu bar and then PRINT.
  4. Follow the same steps for each item in the e-mail.

I was expecting a physical package to be delivered.

As explained on the website, all orders are digitally delivered (downloadable items) which allow us to offer our wholesale pricing and expedited delivery to you.

I did not receive my order via e-mail.

After waiting five hours and checking your junk and spam folders, if you have still not received your e-mail please revisit the site. Follow the original steps and the last step will allow you to enter a different e-mail address to submit or you can resend to the same address.

When do I enter the person’s name on the gift?

You personalize the gift on the product page before adding the product to the cart.

Can I return my package?

There are NO cancellations, returns or refunds once you have placed your order.
